Vote for the Annual MGS Awards!!
Once again this year we would like to acknowledge our fellow Maryland Geocaching peers with a vote for our favorite in a few categories. Think about which Cacher(s) from June of 2005 to now who has achieved success in a particular category and submit your vote by July 12, 2006. Please send your selections to awards@mdgps.org.
All winners will receive a Certificate of Appreciation from the MGS and recognized in front of their peers at the July 16th picnic with a hearty congratulations.
The Categories are:
Geocacher of The Year—Which Cacher(s) from June of last year until now has been the most dynamic in your eyes for geocaching in the state of Maryland.
Geocacher Rookie of The Year—Which Cacher(s) have really jumped on the scene this year and served up notice to all of us that they embody all facets of caching and do it well.
Geocache Hider of the Year—Which Cacher has consistently put out great hides all year and maintained them well all year.
Best Cache Hide of the Year—Think about the one cache within the borders of Maryland that either put a big smile on your face or earned your respect.
Most Scenic Hide of the Year—What new Maryland hide put you in the spot that made you want to stay there for a long time and relax.
