Things are coming together for our annual summer gathering. Hides are in place and have been reviewed. Pavillion has been rented. Raffle inventory is growing as well as the item count for the silent auction.

OK, the CAM planning is coming along. The core has been notified that the CAM picnic will be held on May 2nd, Rain or Shine.
2009 CAM guidelines and cache page are forthcoming. Please be on the lookout. We’re doing our best to cure that CAM fever. Be sure to read the new guidelines as some changes will be made from past years.
