For those of you trying to use http://www.cachetur.no to plan your CAM trips, we've created a public list with the most relevant data from the GPX file to simplify that process for you.
Since the caches have not yet been published to geocaching.com, it is not possible for cachetur to pull the GC codes and give you the information like it would with typical caches.
To view the list, log into your cachetur account and visit this link: https://cachetur.no/liste/571.
You can then choose to copy whichever waypoints you would like to your own trip (note that you must create a trip before you will be able to "copy waypoints").
The list includes all CAM caches and the 16 bonus caches, including the waypoints for the covered bridge wherigo.
