We know the amount of work and effort it takes with coordinating CAM and I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank our 2010 Officers for all your hard work and extra efforts in organizing CAM 2010, the CAM Committee for all the prep work and planning, the hiders for all the great hides, and Doug (Manitto) for the beautiful CAM coin design. We had a wonderful time visiting each location and the CAM event was fabulous - great job

I would like to echo the sentiments above. Orchestrating Cache Across Maryland, from first planning to fruition at the picnic is heavy duty work. And this years Officers, Committee and hiders handled the load admirably. This is reflected in both the variety and quality of sites selected - history, natural beauty and wildlife. Any casual observer would have to be impressed with the cumulative photo experiences documented and displayed at the picnic yesterday. So to everyone who had planning and logistical hands in this effort, thank you for a terrific CAM 2010.

Postscripts - high-five kudos to all who submitted photos (wow, par exellence), the winners, to HiTech for the winning Pemberton Cache and to Manitto for an awesome CAM-coin design. Huge thanks to the Core & the Society for recognizing the herculean efforts of the CalvertCachers for community and extra-community contributions to geocaching in the Chesapeake region. It is a righteously deserved honorarium.

Barb and I had a fantastic time on CAM 2010! Simply, honestly, and deeply - Thanks

This was our first CAM. We have been anticipating it since we met Sircurly in June of last year and he showed us his newly earned CAM 2009 Geocoin. There was no way the event could live up to the anticipation (after almost a year of build up).

Well...guess what. It was way more than we ever expected. It was incredibly well organized. The attention to detail by the committee, officers, and hiders was outstanding. The caches and directions were well planed and executed flawlessly.

The picnic. Well...the picnic was, in a word, great.

Start to finish we had a great time, met a lot of people, and got to visit places in the state we had never been before.

Thanks to everyone involved. It was "Great"!

It was an honor to be asked by Shady to participate on the committee and I very much enjoyed working with the rest of the committee and the officers through the year. I'm glad to have been able to contribute a bit to the success of CAM 2010.

I would also echo the thoughts above towards the great work of the hiders and of Manitto on the coin.

Just think - in only 10 months, we'll be about ready to start CAM 2011!

I want to thank everyone who voted for Pemberton Historical Park. It is a great honor to have it selected. Especially with so many outstanding locations this year. I'm excited to be able to tell my contact with Wicomico Parks and Rec how much their efforts are appreciated. Just think not too many years ago caches were banned in Wicomico Parks.

Congratulations to Calvertcachers on the well deserved recognition. I don't know how they ever have time to cache.

A great job by the Committee and the Core on very well organized CAM. I've only been caching long enough to do the last 3 but this one ranks high on my "memorable moments" list.

I just hope everyone had as much fun visiting the Eastern Shore as I did helping to bring you here.

I concur, thanks to the hiders, the committee and the current core for another successful CAM. I personally know how much work and effort it takes to put this particular event together and I'm glad we were able to provide a leg up to the 2010 core by instituting the CAM committee.
