The official word from the MVA is that the plates are given out in order based on what they have on the shelf. I believe there was some flexibility in the early going but it appears that's no longer true. I guess it's possible if you took your paperwork to the main MVA in Glen Burnie maybe you could talk the clerk into a certain number from the shelf but the MGS won't be able to fulfill any special number requests.

Eight (8) days Crashmore! Not bad considering the way things can be here (MVA). Good deal!

Look for MGS 0059 on weekends and holidays. Its too expensive to drive a Jeep 30 miles to work each day.

Went down to Glen Burnie DMV at lunch today. In and out in 10 minutes and my new tags are on the van.

I am now the proud owner of 0072!

Now the question is...who will be the first to log the TB on my van? Been there almost a month and not one finder yet (and yes Sue...it was there when I took you guys around Liberty lake!). :-)

Hmmm, I guess it'll be a long time before they get 0700...
