Struggling with local puzzle cache

Hi everyone!
I'm not usually a puzzle cache kind of guy, but there's one near me that's been driving me nuts and I decided to try and solve it. However, I'm really struggling with it. Has anyone found GCT8ZH, or have any experience with word puzzles that they'd like to share? Really struggling here!
