Maybe this year I will stop, like everyone else does, at that Queen City Creamery place .... haven't in the past 5 CAMs I've completed.
It's a long story as to why not, and it's a long story as to why I might be able to stop this year. <sigh>
Just do it!

Last year we stopped at a Sonic... it was my first time there and we enjoyed it. This year we are planning a mini-golf trip during CAM. I love some mini-golf!

One can learn something new everyday while geocaching if one isn't carefull.

I don't think think it will be open in time for CAM, but all of you Sonic fans will want to watch for this:
Hagerstown Sonic Ready to Roll
Maybe CAM 2013.
Still no visit to the Queen City Creamery. Perhaps one day.
I spend most of my daylight driving to caches. Sometimes nights too. Most stuff is closed by the time I finish caching.

I happened to remember this great BBQ place that I try to pass by any time I'm in Southern Maryland. It's cash only so be sure to hit the ATM before arriving

This is my 1st CAM so although I can't make a suggestion I am diligently noting yours. Looking forward to this.

Juju wrote: What places do you find yourself visiting each year on CAM?
For the boys and I, they are breakfast at Denny's in Frostburg, ice cream (frozen custard) at Queen City Creamery in Cumberland, a hotel stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Cambridge (hey, the pool and jacuzzi are open until 11 pm!) and ordering delivery from the "Palace."
So, what are your traditional stops during CAM? Anything others might like to make a stop for?
Juju and her boys loved CAM. She will be missed. She usually brought cinnamon rolls to the CAM picnic. As she started this thread, I just thought I would remember her here.

Heard there is a cache right out back too!

Yup, last time I was out west I found that cache, tricky but not too difficult. And a good meal too!

I know, has anyone else stopped at or enjoyed Double T's Diner's. I've eaten at two different ones (usually the one near Annapolis). I like it, but still seems a little big and commercial. Opinions?
