The auction that we have at the Summer Picnic funds all of our events and Cache Across Maryland for the following year. We would appreciate any donations and/or bidding.
Our schedule for the day:
- 10.00 am: Setup
- 10.30 am: Eating and socializing
- 11.45 pm: Group Photo
- 12.00 pm: Auction
- 1.30 pm: Caching, socializing and clean-up
Please bring your favorite potluck dish to share. Post a ‘Will Attend’ log if you are planning to come, go to the forums and post what dish you plan to bring. A list of needed items can be found HERE. The event will be held rain or shine. We hope to see you there!
