Question about the Geocaching App

The other day a friend downloaded the geocaching app on her phone -- and her phone showed a cache that my phone did not show. I tried checking all the settings and filters, and I think have them all open - but still that particular local cache does not show up on mine....any suggestions? thanks

Other than a filter, the most likely cause is a difference in the memberships. Basic members in the official app and with official partners using the API are limited to seeing only certain types of caches and easier, more beginner friendly caches. The cache owner can also mark a cache as premium which means you won’t see it without a paid membership no matter what type or rating.
