I'm looking to improve my busy day. Currently I have six, and what to get to at least 8. I know more than that would be really challenging. Anyway have suggestions on really good spots to hit?

My suggestion would be geowoodstock that is coming up or really any day when an event is happening or even better an event and CITO. Some busy day challenges allow you to throw in a benchmark as well. With careful planning it may be possible to get the following at GW. In fact, if you haven't done the Lab Adventure at Antietam it may be possible to assemble the following here in Maryland:

trad
multi
puzzle
virtual
mega/event
letterbox
wherigo
earthcache
cito
benchmark
lab cache

Not really a suggestion, but more of an anecdote. I had my "busiest" day (8 cache types) about 2 years ago in Southern Maryland. I wasn't even trying for it until very late in the day, when I realized I had found a traditional, mystery, letterbox hybrid, virtual, wherigo, and a webcam cache. I decided I might as well go for a multi and an EarthCache to bring it up to 8. I really considered trying to get to the closest event I could find that evening (in Virginia) but ultimately, had to call it a day and head home. The webcam (GC4884, Lexington Park Webcam) has since been archived, unfortunately.

If I was going to intentionally try to top that day, I'd probably look for a mega-event with a (reasonably) nearby webcam cache. Maybe in a few years, when my kids are older. :)
