On April 14, 2022, Will Steg, Jr., known in the geocaching arena as "Pappy", passed on to his eternal resting place. He was the beloved husband of Sue Steg; devoted father of Holly Steg Gregory and Wes Steg; loving grandfather of Austin Steg, Lilly Gregory, and Van Gregory; dear brother of Tom Steg and Donna Parrish.

Relatives and friends will gather at Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair Rd., Nottingham MD 21236, on Thursday, April 21, 2022, 3-5 & 7-9 p.m., and where a funeral service will be held on Friday, April 22, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. Interment St. Michael Lutheran Church Cemetery.
