Listings below with forms require that you seek permission prior to placing the cache. Areas without forms have no such requirement. ALL STATE PARKS require permission ahead of time, however county parks vary.If you're unsure about how to do request permission or would like assistance please check with our Public Relations folks and we'll gladly assist you. This list of Parks have expressly FORBID geocaching within their jurisdiction. Please respect their wishes and DO NOT attempt to place caches in these areas. Caches placed in these areas will not be approved on geocaching.com. Please remember your cooperation makes our job easier and help ensures the future of our sport!

· Soldiers Delight State Park
· Jefferson Patterson Park in Calvert County (March 2006 - agreement pending for geocaching in this park!)
· Patuxent Wildlife Refuge
· Frederick City Watershed
· Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission properties
