As per the MGS By-Laws the treasurer's books must be audited annually by at least 3 MGS members. This is a fairly quick process which takes place in January after I get the final bank statement.
We also need to audit the books for 2018, which for various reasons, never got done last year. That is mostly on me, and I apologize for dropping the ball.
I would love to take care of both years during the "Meet the Officers" event (tentatively set for January 25), if I can get some volunteers. It should only take 30 minutes or so.
