Send good cheer to the PortlyWalker!

Post by zekester »

Received this log entry by Portlywalker in our 3rd TIE event last night:

"So sorry to not make event tonight. Best wishes to all of you. Spent most of weekend at HoCoGenHosp. Upshot "complex partial siezure ". On family watch through Monday. Will be driven per DMV for 90 days. Have to be positive."

We've reached out to see how he is doing, no word yet. I'm sure a positive note via email or Groundspeak message would help to lift his spirits.

Thank you all. Progressing slowly . See neurologist Monday. Taking Kappler which deliberately has slowed the Portlywalker to "slower"

BassSax and Mrs B wish you a speedy recovery even if the Kappler seems to be working at cross purposes to that. We hope to see you at a Meet N Greet soon.

Appreciate the kind thoughts.
Will keep pushing. Wife took me to spray insects at my cache next to Laurel Library.
Warm regards,

Want to just update that I am progressing one day at a time. Working to adjust to the new dose seizure medicine and the complete swap out of my heart medicines. ScrappyHunter became a geocacher since she has to drive/escort me wherever I go.
Appreciate the geocaching kindness.
