Ah, helptech3. My fiancee saw you trucking down I95 one day and called me to tell me about it. She lives in Forest Hill, too. But not for much longer.helptech3 wrote:0025 is also helptech3 we have them on both cache vehicles

Re: MGS License Plate Inventory
Since Tonylama has 0013, IF I were to ever get a pair, I'd have to settle for trying for 0130.
Happy Trails!

Re: MGS License Plate Inventory
Thanks to everyone for your corrections/additions. My above post should be correct now! I hope it proved/proves helpful.
I like the geographic idea, too. If you all are interested, we could add the city and state after a plate number and generate a map. Let me know.

Sima68 = 68
The reason the numbers are sporadic is that I fill in the number and send the form when I receive the donation. But whether or not people actually get the plate is another story. Also if I don't receive your caching name with the check, I often have no idea what your birth name is. Rarely have people provided their caching name with the donation.

Re: MGS License Plate Inventory
Frenchy is getting worked on very sporadically. FBS67 found plates for him today.....the plates were $120. I think he should get MGS plates myself. But the historic ones are so much cheaper in theory. Hopefully next year he will be available for some of you that have always wanted to cache via Model A (as passengers). He'll still be a heap but he'll be a sound heap. We'll have to have an event nearby so he can go caching with us. Thanks for asking.Outlander03 wrote:

Re: MGS License Plate Inventory
I'm actually surprised at how many have actually been sold...
Hopefully I'll be trading in the Escape for a new vehicle soon and this one will be registered in Maryland...
The New Hampshire "TNLNSL" Moose tag will be retired finally.

Re: MGS License Plate Inventory
I was travelling on Rt 100 (eastbound) from 97 to Ritchie Hwy last Monday evening around 5:15 pm, and well, I happened to notice a MGS plate on the Tacoma in front of me; several bikes in the back, and so I wrote down the number to find out who it was.
Lo and behold, after reading the list compiled above, I was following none other than 007 !!! (Tag # was 0047)
Just wondering, heading TO or FROM a cache run?
I got off at Hospital Drive, as I was heading to my mom-in-laws to pick up my daughter after work, so I didn't have time to ride up next to ya and wave my GPSr at ya!!
I'm printing out the list to have on hand when I'm on the roads- just so I'll know who I'm waving at.
My tags are up for renewal later this year, so I am probably going to shell out the extra $$$ to get one of these instead of just the new sticker.....

They don't need to be up for renewal. I can't think of the word but they just add the tags and extend your registration.Jackster68 wrote: My tags are up for renewal later this year, so I am probably going to shell out the extra $$$ to get one of these instead of just the new sticker.....![]()

Re: MGS License Plate Inventory
Jackster's truck tags are up for renewal now, so he just signed up for personalized plates this time. (He already has a big TB sticker on the back window, making it a rolling TB)
So, I get to have the MGS tags, so that I can call the grandpamobile the geomobile!!
It's only a few more months before they renew anyways, so I'll just wait til then. I know this is redundant, but who do I contact to get the sign up info, or can I just do it online like he did for the personalized plates?
any info, send to MY email - mllawrence@hotmail.com
THANKS
