The 2019 MGS Fall Picnic will be held at the Hancock Primitive Park pavilion on Saturday, October 12th, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please post in this thread which food items you plan to bring to the potluck picnic and whether you'd like to help with grilling or clean-up. We'll keep updating the list as your posts are received.

VOLUNTEERS

SET-UP (9:30-10am)

(arrives by 10:00 to organize and start grills to begin cooking by 10:30 and then turns over to grillers)

Some sort of noodle salad

I’ll bring a blueberry mold (jello “salad”).

It looks like we need some hot dogs and buns. I'll wrangle up about 48 of each.

May also be able to find some nice deals on snack bags (chips, etc) and possibly 12oz cans of soda.

Bringing a cooler full of cold drinks, pigs in a blanket and broccoli cornbread.

I'll bring a case of water and broccoli salad.

I am building a beautiful pasta salad at this very moment. And a jar of sliced pickles for the burgers.

I'll bring some condiments, potato salad, some plastic forks and knives.

I'll pick up a couple of pizzas from pizza hut
