CAM 2022 Picnic Information

The 2022 CAM Picnic will be held in _______________________ on Saturday, May 14th from 10:15 am to 3:30 pm. Please post in this thread which food items you plan to bring to the potluck picnic and whether you'd like to help with set-up, grilling or clean-up. Can someone confirm what time members are expected to arrive at this event? The Kickoff at the Geocache app description says it’s only from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM. This is our first time coming to this event so we’re confused by the information that’s out there.

We plan to contribute chips and drinks.

The Picnic is in May, and starts midmorning. The "kickoff" events tomorrow morning are 730 - 830am events (and are not a picnic, but rather more regular events to get ready for the release of the CAM caches). Bring coffee or whatever you need to get started in the morning! My guess is that most will arrive before 8am. Hope this helps!
