The official word from the MVA is that the plates are given out in order based on what they have on the shelf. I believe there was some flexibility in the early going but it appears that's no longer true. I guess it's possible if you took your paperwork to the main MVA in Glen Burnie maybe you could talk the clerk into a certain number from the shelf but the MGS won't be able to fulfill any special number requests.psychobob808 wrote:I may have asked this before but can we request certain numbers if they are available?

Look for MGS 0059 on weekends and holidays. Its too expensive to drive a Jeep 30 miles to work each day.

Re: MGS Specialty Plates
Went down to Glen Burnie DMV at lunch today. In and out in 10 minutes and my new tags are on the van.
I am now the proud owner of 0072!
Now the question is...who will be the first to log the TB on my van? Been there almost a month and not one finder yet (and yes Sue...it was there when I took you guys around Liberty lake!).

Hmmm, I guess it'll be a long time before they get 0700...czar7 wrote:Went down to Glen Burnie DMV at lunch today. In and out in 10 minutes and my new tags are on the van.
