Come join the Maryland Geocaching Society in an effort to give back a little to the environment and parks in which we enjoy our hobby of geocaching. The Maryland Geocaching Society CITO 2011 event will be held this year on September 10th at Pocomoke River State Park Shad Landing in Snow Hill, Maryland. The MGS has reserved the Sassafras Camp Site on the Blue Heron Loop for the night before the CITO for all those that wish to camp.
We will be doing a park clean-up followed by a potluck lunch in one of the park pavilions generously donated to the MGS for the day.
We’ll have a few raffle items available and also for the first time in the park, new geocaches!.
